Delete your data – Bible Trivia Game

You can request that your account and associated data be deleted from our systems at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to:

info@phronesis.net.au

In your email, please include:

• Your leaderboard username (the name you set in the app for the global leaderboard), and
• A short note that you are requesting deletion of your account and associated data.

We will use this to identify your data and remove it.

What we will delete

Once we have verified your request, we will remove:

• Your global leaderboard entry (username, device identifier, and cumulative score), and
• Any multiplayer game data that can be linked to you (e.g. player name and scores in past game sessions).

We do not retain copies of this data after deletion.

How long it takes

We aim to process deletion requests within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days). We will confirm by email once your data has been deleted, unless you ask us not to.
